Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy ("we," "our," or "the Academy") is committed to protecting the privacy of our staff, students, and community members. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information through our staff portal and related services.
We collect information necessary to provide employment services, including name, employee ID, contact information, and authentication credentials. This data is stored securely in compliance with Florida Department of Education requirements and FERPA regulations.
Personal information is used solely for employment administration, payroll processing, professional development tracking, and communication of school-related matters.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (TLS 1.3), access controls, and regular security audits in accordance with Lee County School District IT policies.
